Kelly Vogt is a Partner in Clausen Miller's Tampa, Florida office and is located in Naples, where she focuses her practice on first party property matters. Kelly is also experienced in the areas of third party liability, appellate law, general civil litigation, and professional liability defense. Kelly handles all aspects of litigation from case inception through completion. She works extensively with insurers to provide liability opinions on claims and defense planning. Throughout her career, Kelly has achieved many favorable outcomes and opinions for her clients. Kelly has been acknowledged by her peers, having earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Kelly graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in English and Sociology. She earned her J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law and attended one semester of law school at the University of Hong Kong on an exchange program. While in law school, Kelly was a member of the Maritime Law Journal, honored as an outstanding oral advocate in a moot court competition, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodor C. Albert. Kelly is licensed to practice in Florida State and Federal courts. Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Kelly was a partner at one of the oldest Florida based law firms where she handled insurance defense litigation.
