Ms. Nikki-Ann Thomson is the CEO of All Lines Adjusters, LLC. Over her 27-year illustrious insurance and compliance career, which commenced at The Florida Residential Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association in 1995, she has earned various industry licenses, certifications, designations and appointments, with The American Educational Institute, The Federal Emergency Management Agency, The Risk Insurance Management Society, and The International Association of Emergency Managers.

Nikki-Ann currently works as the Insurance Risk Director at a nationwide Property and Asset Management Company, comprised of a multi-billion dollar portfolio. She holds The Senior Claims Law Associate Designation, a Masters of Business Administration in Global Management, and is finishing her Doctorate in Business Administration. She serves on the Civil Service Board in Coconut Creek, FL, and is a Champion for the Poor, spearheading The Thomson Learning Initiative, in collaboration with Food for the Poor, also in Coconut Creek, FL. In her role, as The Urban League of Broward County’s Legal/Business coach- 2020 she continued to grow her brand as a Strategic Brand Ambassador, by advising entrepreneurs of various fields, effective and efficient means of rebranding, reinventing and reinvigorating their businesses, during the pandemic.
