Dylan West joined Case Strategies Group (CSG) on May 2, 2022, as Vice President, Property & Casualty Insurance. Prior to CSG he has spent nearly 28 years in P&C Insurance industry working with various companies including Liberty Mutual, AIG, and AXIS Insurance. Dylan spent the past 16 years working as the AVP of Claims & Loss Control for MountainGuard (AmWins), managing commercial property and casualty claims involving ski and outdoor recreation industries. Dylan also worked in various claims handling roles at Liberty Mutual for 13 years, most recently serving as Team Director of South Carolina and Georgia. Dylan enjoys mentoring staff and in claims handling, developing a national claims processing system, and designing an enterprise loss reporting warehouse. Dylan maintains property & casualty licenses in multiple states and is an avid motorcyclist.
