Theresa Chimento, MPH is the Environmental, Health & Safeyty Regional Lead for the Central and Eastern Regions and Project Director for J.S. Held LLC. She is an experienced environmental consultant, both in the field and as a project manager, and is the Environmental, Health & Safety Regional Lead for the Central and Eastern Regions. Her professional experience of environmental consulting services have included all aspects of a project, from initial scope assessment and project development, onsite assessments and data gathering, preparation of assessment reports and recommendations, development of remediation protocols and abatement specifications, project oversight and clearances, close-out report and final report documentation, and project management with client and contractor correspondence through the entirety of the project. Project work include disasters such as catastrophic flooding, hurricanes, fires, and wind damage. Theresa is also experienced in developing specifications and scopes for remediation, renovation, and restoration withing properties involving regulated materials such as asbestos and lead. As an experienced industrial hygienist, Ms. Chimento has completed evaluations of indoor air quality issues, air monitoring, and noise monitoring and light surveys. Theresa has a variety of project experience in properties such as residential and multi-family, education facilities, medical facilities, commercial and public properties, large convention and resort facilities, offshore, and in-plant
