Fred Zinober is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer with nearly 42 years of litigation experience including numerous high-profile trials. He is a founding member of Zinober Diana & Monteverde, P.A. in St. Petersburg. Fred is a graduate of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law where he served as the executive director of The Catholic University Law Review.

Fred is an accomplished trial lawyer who achieved the highest rating afforded by Martindale Hubbell of AV Preeminent. He has also been included in The Best Lawyers in American and the Wall Street Journal’s Top Attorneys in Florida. He is a member of Florida (and Tampa Bay) Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Fred lectures regularly throughout the state regarding all facets of trial.
