Kevin McCarty, who founded Celtic Global Consulting in 2016, is one of the nation’s foremost experts on insurance and insurance regulation. With more than 27 years of experience including 13 years of service as Florida’s Insurance Commissioner (2003-2016), he offers unrivaled experience as a national and international leader on insurance markets, insurance regulation, global capital markets, and public policy. McCarty earned his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.
