Scott Dutton is the founding partner of Dutton Law Group, a 35-attorney insurance defense law firm with offices in Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Pensacola, Jacksonville, the Florida Keys, and Fort Lauderdale. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar and has extensive trial experience. Mr. Dutton has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and is a current board member for the Florida Claims Defense Network (FCDN). Additionally, he is a frequent CLE guest lecturer on a range of topics relating to insurance law and claims management. He was honored by the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (“FIFEC”) in 2012 for his dedication to fighting insurance fraud. He earned his J.D. from the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1984.
