New User/Workflow: This session is designed for the learner to get a look and feel of how the CoreLogic estimating platform works and what Mobile Claims has to offer. They will be taken through Claims Connect, claim creation and assigning, diagramming, the database, and the creation of an estimate. The learners will gain basic knowledge of the estimating platform, know how to diagram in Mobile Claims, and will be able to write an estimate. This session will also cover new features in Mobile Claims and Claims Connect to make their claim handling more efficient.
