Gulf Coast Case Law and Statutory Update: This panel will update the attendees on changes to case law in Gulf Coast states. Attendees will hear from attorneys on both sides of the aisle, from states including Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Additionally, attendees will be introduced to updated and new statutes pertaining to property claims and insurance carriers.
