This course is designed to be an in-depth look at the current non-bonding and binding arbitration procedure for First Party Property Claims from both the Insured and Insurer's perspectives. The evaluation will also include the pitfalls of limiting legal challenges to homeowners balanced against the Insurer's attempts to limit litigation exposure. The presentation will utilize a balanced panel of both plaintiff, and defense counsel, as well as independent adjusters from both sides.
