The purpose of this presentation will be to explore the use and misuse of social media including email, texting and interactive sites. The panel will review the rules governing communications by and between adjusters and attorney and the potential penalties for misuse by these professionals. The panel will also review disciplinary actions taken against adjusters and counsel for uncivil and abusive communications with others.
