Wentao Hu is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Rochester in the Laboratory of Dr. Marvin Doyley, focusing on applying functional ultrasound imaging to study the functionality and organization of the visual cortex with a ferret model. His research interests include functional ultrasound imaging, microvessel doppler imaging, and ultrasound beamforming algorithms. He received his BS degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, USA, in 2018.
