Kywanna Alfred, MD is a PGY-3 OB/GYN resident at Boston Medical Center. She completed her medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Her initial research focused on exploring effects of classism and race on long-acting contraception use. She is passionate about serving underserved, disadvantaged and immigrant populations. Dr. Alfred is actively involved in the community and spends her time advocating for some of the most vulnerable within the intersection of women’s health.
