I have over 40 years experience in ultrasound. I have special expertise in ultrasound flow imaging and assessment, perfusion measurements, and elastography. We are developing a new method for placental evaluation by simultaneously assessing both maternal and fetal flow components using the umbilical venous spectral envelope.
