Course Description

Discuss state-of-the-art ultrasound research. Analyze knowledge and skills gained in a diversity of ultrasound specialties as well as basic science. Apply information and skills acquired in the workplace to improve patient care.


Target Audience

Multispecialty professionals in the field of ultrasound including practicing physicians, sonographers, and other health professionals in addition to medical and allied health students and educators.

After participating in the activity, you should be able to:

  • Discuss, debate, challenge: state-of-the-art ultrasound research;
  • Analyze knowledge and skills gained in a diversity of ultrasound specialties as well as basic science; and

ARRT Category A Credit

The AIUM is a Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism (RCEEM) for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The AIUM is the owner and sponsor of this activity. This activity is approved by the AIUM for 22 ARRT Category A credits. This CE activity may be available in multiple formats or from different CE sponsors.
