Russ Rubin has been in the Multifamily field for over 40 years. He earned his HVAC certification by attending trade school and jumped feet first into his first install job working with a local company installing over 430 condensing units and furnaces at a property in Kansas City. Russ was a Maintenance Supervisor for a property then transitioned to the Supplier side selling Maintenance Repair Parts and Solutions for the past 20 years. Russ has a passion for learning new things and enjoys teaching others the knowledge he has learned through his studies and experiences with fellow Maintenance friends and clients.
Moving to Texas 13 years ago, Russ works with his team and customers to guide them through the high-stress and constant change the Multifamily Industry see's every day. Russ provides his clients cost saving solutions and innovative ways of being more efficient to reduce costs. With the increased cost of supplies, being knowledgable about how to repair an item rather than replace it, is key to a properties bottom line.
