Scott Orphan is Senior Vice President at Asset Living, where he is responsible for over 24,000 beds. He leads a team that supports all operational aspects of each student property through all phases of the real estate investment cycle. Scott started in the rental housing industry as a part-time community assistant while attending the University of Central Florida. In the 20 years since then, he has held every property and corporate level operations position up to Senior Vice President. After obtaining his MBA, he’s spent the last 15 years at the corporate level and has been responsible for the supervision of large, multi-state portfolios.
