Tena has over 35 years of property management experience, including 20 years in student living. She has established and developed strong client relationships leading to new business and portfolio growth. Tena has also successfully stabilized multiple assets from lease-up status and has overseen multiple renovations and repositioned properties. Known as an exceptional leader of people with an excellent track record of mentoring, many of her team members have been promoted to higher leadership levels.
