Ian is President of LUMA Residential, a privately held multifamily investment and management firm based in Dallas, where he is responsible for oversight of the company’s management portfolio, participating on its investment committee, and directing the firm’s day-to-day operations. Ian is a past chair of TAA’s Independent Rental Owners and Technology Committees and past president of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
