Starla Turnbo is Partner and Owner at SMI Realty Management, where she is responsible for 3,500 units in Austin, Dallas and Houston. She helped charter SMI Realty Management in 1993 and brings more than 35 years of rental housing industry experience to today’s panel discussion. Starla is a licensed Realtor and is a past president of the Houston Apartment Association and has served on TAA’s Executive Committee.
