Crystal serves as Regional Vice President for The NRP Group, where she oversees the operations of approximately 11,000 affordable housing apartments across Texas.
With over 19 years of experience, Crystal holds the Certified Property Manager, Certified Professional of Occupancy and Specialist in Housing Credit Management designations.
Crystal gives her time generously to serve in volunteer leadership roles for the Rio Grande Valley Apartment Association, San Antonio Apartment Association, TAA and NAA. Crystal is a graduate of local, state and national Leadership Lyceum programs and is also a recipient of TAA’s notable MVP Award in 2022.
