Bradley is a Senior Training Director at Berkshire Residential Investments. Bradley has served with Berkshire UNITES, Berkshire's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging committee since 2017 and currently serves as a subcommittee co-chair for Education and Outreach.
Outside of Berkshire, Bradley has served as a member of the Education Committee at the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas since 2008. He has held various roles within the Education Committee including the role of Chair most recently in 2022. He is an avid instructor of DE&I topics, leadership classes and NAA Designation classes with the local association. Bradley currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
Bradley received the Texas Apartment Association’s Barbara MacManus Property Manager of the Year and the National Apartment Association’s PARAGON Award for Property Manager of the Year in 2014. Bradley holds a Master of Science in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Theory and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
