Eric Heller has worked in the rental housing industry his entire life doing everything from maintenance to management for their family business. Today, Eric and his sister Marcia (Mar-see-uh) co-own that family business. Associated Properties owns 215 single family homes primarily in El Paso, Texas. Eric is a licensed Broker in Texas and is a past president of the El Paso Apartment Association.
