Nicolle Block has been a leader in the multi family space for over 25 years. She has been heavily involved with all levels of the Apartment Association for most of that time. She has served as a board member, committee member, committee chair, executive, past president and facilitator during her career and believes strongly in the Apartment Association and its purpose. She is a past recipient of the Rita Kirby award for TAA and was also recognized for her service at AAGD with the Presidents award in 2022. She graduated from The Univ. of TX at Arlington with her bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminology. She is the currently director of operations for Brookfield Properties, focused on supporting a culture of empowerment, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
