Matthew Haines started his real estate journey in 1993 by leasing a single bedroom—long before per-bedroom leasing became fashionable. Today his companies purchase, renovate, lease and manage both single-family and multi-family properties. While growing his real estate endeavors, he became a licensed tradesman in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Lead Based Paint Renovation. Matthew is a past winner of TAA's Bob Ross Independent Owner of the Year Award, as well as NAA IRO of the year and he is actively involved with the Texas Apartment Association, the Apartment Associations of Greater Dallas and the National Apartment Association.
He served as a City Councilman for nearly 10 years and was President of his County Child Protective Services Board for nearly 4 years before retiring.
