Russ Webb is the Executive Director of the Bay Area Apartment Association, moving south three years ago to the Tampa Bay area after 21 years of managing the Atlanta & Georgia Apartment Associations. A tech junkie and speaker extraordinaire. For more than two decades Webb has taken on the challenge of a constituency of more than 2000 member companies, and is passionate about helping other organizations reach their potential. He is a teacher at heart and the originator of edu-tainment – making people laugh while learning.
Russ teaches classes about how to make your mobile device the most productive tool ever and loves blowing people away with fun tips/tricks and amazing apps. Russ also has a passion for customer service & social media, and showing companies how to make the most of their online presence by embracing the opportunity to interact with your customers and prospective customers in a fun way. Russ honestly believes that every day is a GREAT day and his enthusiasm, optimism (and sarcasm) will help you laugh and learn at the same time.
Russ has presented to dozens of industry groups across the country, including NAA, NMHC, RealWorld and of course, TAA! Russ says that his goal when presenting is to make his session useful, impactful…and always memorable.
