Krista Washbourne’s career began in multifamily training over 20 years ago, and she now serves as Bainbridge Companies' VP of Learning & Development. Her career has included working with companies such as Fairfield, Greystar, JPI, Gables, Lincoln Residential (LPC), and most recently as Interplay Learnings’ Dir. of Sales Ops and Multifamily Expert. Her passion is helping companies create a modern learning experience that embraces the individual’s unique talents and teamwork to drive company engagement, linking learning culture and outcomes directly to bottom line business results. She is a member of ATD, Institute for Organizational Mindfulness and SHRM.
