Nina Troester, CAM and Michelle Molinaro have been teaching and entertaining audiences with their duo-style programs all over the country since establishing Savvy Property Solutions in 2008. Their on- stage banter delights audiences and makes for a fun, relatable experience, while sharing pertinent skills and take aways to apply immediately. Their customized training solutions are proven to launch properties into the upper echelon in customer experience and sales. They have been serving the multi-family industry since 1996, working for Trammel Crow, AMLI Residential, and Greystar. They both have held multiple positions onsite and on the corporate level, giving them the perspective needed for fresh, well-received programs! Currently Michelle serves as a Management Liaison for Greystar in Kansas City and Nina serves as an auditor for Woodfield Development in the Southeast and Greystar in Kansas City. Both women have been nominated and awarded for their accomplishments, both on a company level and with the Kansas City Apartment Association (AAKC). Both women spend numerous hours volunteering and contributing to various charitable organizations. Originally from Emporia, KS, Michelle graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Psychology and is married with 2 children. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Nina graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Communication Studies and is married with 2 children. They are excited to work with you and your members!
