An innovative leader and experienced MRO distribution executive, Darren Rawson serves as President and CEO of AZP|Multifamily, the leading maintenance, repair and operations provider exclusively serving the multifamily industry.
In his role, Darren guides the organization’s day-to-day operations, develops AZP’s short- and long-term goals, and works with other senior leaders to implement strategic plans.
With more than 25 years of experience in MRO distribution and various other industries, Darren brings a successful track record of managing growth-oriented companies, delivering value and growing businesses in new and emerging markets. He has made a career by managing successful transitions, turnarounds and business expansion.
Darren has cultivated a reputation as a consummate team-builder who consistently demonstrates leadership in innovative thought, strategic approach and tactical execution. He has extensive experience developing and managing business strategies integrating supply chain, technology, services and marketing expertise.
Over his career, Darren has served on several boards including the Consumer Technology Association’s Accessories Board. He earned his MBA, with honors, from Lake Forest College and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart College.
