Julie Muenchow is the Training Manager of Property Operations for Centerspace. She holds the Certified Resident Manager (CRM) designation from Minnesota Multi Housing Association. Muenchow is responsible for launching the company’s first Learning Management System (LMS), which plays a critical role in onboarding as well as implementing new processes and systems. She is passionate about educating and supporting all team members using her knowledge and experience from over a 14-year career in residential property management.
