Gina Frazza Stowers, Director of Strategic Projects, RPM Living
Gina has been an Industry member for the Multifamily Industry for over 11 years. As Director of Strategic Projects, she is responsible for a team that successfully manages corporate implementations of all sizes for her entire organization. Gina has worked both on site and at the corporate level in Learning and Development and Strategy at 2 of the top 10 NMCH Management Companies. She is an enthusiastic volunteer for the Apartment Association. She is a voting Board Member for the Austin Apartment Association where she is also the Chair of the Membership Development Committee, and she facilitates several of their education tracks. This year she graduated from her Local AAA Leadership Lyceum and is an Alternate Delegate for the TAA Board of Directors. At the 2023 TAA One Conference she facilitated 2 presentations on Getting Yes from Your Customers and Building a Personal Brand. She carries a Dale Carnegie Impactful Presentations Certification. This fall she will be completing her NAAEI Faculty Certification.
