As someone who grew up in a multi-family, I never expected to find myself in the industry. However, I have since discovered a passion for it and have gained extensive experience in implementing successful marketing strategies for multiple communities across various markets. My skills in budget planning, social media, resident activities, retention, outreach marketing, training, community involvement, and public speaking have proven to be valuable assets in achieving successful outcomes.
Additionally, I have demonstrated my proficiency in sales as a vendor, consistently meeting quotas and deadlines for sales initiatives. I also hold leadership positions in several organizations, including Education Chair for The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, PTA Board member for Frisco ISD / Pearson Middle School, Neighborhood Representative for Lone Star Ranch HOA, and Children's Volunteer Director at Minnie's Food Pantry.
I am committed to leveraging my skills and experiences to continue making significant contributions to the multifamily industry and beyond.
