Stop Kidding Yourself - Complaining Is NOT A Conversation!

Session Description: James Victore said, "Complaining Is Not A Conversation" How many times a day do you start a conversation and before you know it you find yourself in a complaint session? Conversations are turning negative without us even realizing it. Who hasn't complained about gas prices, inflation, politics, and residents, bosses, etc.? It is an easy trap to fall into, and many of us find ourselves in slumps that we must work to get out of. Complaining can be a continuous cycle where positivity and self motivation take a back seat. This session will remind you of the power of positivity, eliminate negative self-talk, reframe vocabulary, and recognize the possibilities and potential that each of us can control.
