Session Description: Picture this: It’s late Friday afternoon. You wait for that final service call to come in before the weekend. All the on-site maintenance staff is in the shop bonding from a busy week complaining, laughing, and whining about what happened that week; All while making sure nothing catastrophic is forgotten to ruin Monday…What is that conversation like?
Join this informal, radio talk show style session “In the Shop” which includes sponsors (made up) and "Man, or Dude, on the street type interviews" on maintenance topics that YOU want to hear about. With over 65 years of combined experience in the apartment maintenance industry, they’ve got answers… Some of them will even save you time, money, and knuckle meat while possibly providing a chuckle.
