Dr. Miguel Ruiz-Cardozo currently works as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery, Washington University in St. Louis. Recieved his medical degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Colombia ; and his Master in Public Health at the Imperial College London, United Kingdom. Dr. Ruiz-Cardozo reseaches spine surgery innovation. He developed his expertise in molecular biology, biosensors and cancer research developed at the Hunterian Brain Tumor Neurosurgical Laboratory, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and the Department of Biological Engineering, Purdue University.
