Alexander A. Aabedi, MD is a PGY-1 neurosurgery resident at UCSF. He is interested in using computation to elucidate the mechanisms of language impairment in gliomas and to understand the impact of glioma-to-neuron network connectivity and various cytoreductive strategies on long-term language outcomes. He also desires to apply these techniques to large multidimensional datasets in spinal cord trauma and degenerative spine conditions to improve functional outcomes.
