Irene Say, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of California, San Francisco. She specializes in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. Her clinical and research interests include minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal oncology, degenerative spine disease, traumatic spinal cord injury, and best practice guidelines. She completed medical school at the University of California, San Diego and neurosurgery residency at Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School. She is dual-fellowship trained in orthopedic spine surgery from the University of California, Irvine and in neurosurgery spine from the University of California, Los Angeles.
