Dr. Monis Khan M.D, CCFP, is a 2022-2023 Spine Research Fellow at the University of Arizona. His unique background as a practicing Canadian Family Physician enables him to look at the field of Spine Surgery from a wide, "big picture" lens. Given the prevalence of back pain he has seen in clinical practice, he has a strong interest in research topics that focus on measuring health outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of various treatment modalities in Spine Surgery.
