Mark Faries, MD, FACS is Co-Director of the Cutaneous Oncology Program and Professor of Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute in Los Angeles. He received his Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed general surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as Principal Investigator of the second Multicenter Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial and conducts clinical and translational research in melanoma, other cutaneous malignancies and tumor immunology.
