Hiram S. Cody III MD, FACS, practices at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where he is currently Attending Surgeon (Breast Service, Department of Surgery), Member (Memorial Hospital), and Professor of Surgery (Weill Cornell Medical College). His clinical research over the last 40 years has focused on the locoregional management of breast cancer, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and on the interplay between breast imaging, surgery, RT and systemic therapy. He is a Past-President of the New York Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group and of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He serves on multiple editorial boards, reviews and lectures widely, and is the author of more than 250 peer-reviewed papers, editorials, book chapters and reviews.
