COVID Health & Safety
SSO’s primary focus is the health, saftey and wellness of all meeting attendees. We are committed to following all COVID-19 Guidelines as issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help ensure an environment that is safe. Current guidelines encompass information from the CDCSSO 2022 guidelines may be updated in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
Vaccination StatusSSO
requires that all in-person attendees be vaccinated, including HUB partners, guests, spouses and staff. Meeting participants are required to complete a health attestation during online registration verifying their fully vaccinated status. SSO recognizes exceptions for individuals with a medical or religious reason as identified by the CDC. Contact
ssoregistration@spargoinc.com in writing to request an exemption to this policy.
SSO may, in its sole discretion, require masks, proof of vaccination, and/or a negative COVID test result within 48 hours of arrival, pending current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization guidelines.
Face CoveringsAll in-person attendees (regardless of vaccination status) are encouraged to wear masks inside the hotel and meeting spaces.
Travel GuidelinesSSO will monitor all travel guidelines, considerations, and restrictions from global and local authorities. Any major transportation or travel announcements that impact the meeting will be reported on our website, or via email if deemed appropriate.
