SSO 2023 Pre-Meetings: These optional courses are designed to benefit members of the Society and SSO 2023 attendees with an emphasis practical information for the practicing surgeon. Registrants also wishing to attend SSO 2023 are required to pay the full meeting registration fee.

• SSO Fellows Insitute Pre-Meeting- Registration Fee: $165 SSO Members | $190 Non-members (Lunch will be provided)

• SSO Research Pre-Meeting- Registration Fee: $150 (Part I only)

*Guest/Spouse registration includes Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Happy Hour and SSO HUB access. Spouse/Guest registration is restricted to networking and social events only and is not to be used as full conference registration Spouse/Guest registration does not have access to scientific sessions.

COVID Vaccine status: SSO requires that all in-person attendees be vaccinated, including HUB partners, guests, spouses and staff. Meeting participants are required to complete a health attestation during online and on-site registration verifying their fully vaccinated status. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the SSO. For cancellations received before January 11, 2023, a 50% cancellation charge will apply. No cancellations will be refunded after January 11, 2023, due to the on-demand availability of this scientific content to meeting registrants.

Visa Letter Request

If you are not a U.S. citizen and are planning to attend SSO 2023, advance planning is critical. Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States and attend SSO 2023.

If you would like to request an invitation letter from the Society of Surgical Oncology for your visa application, you must first register and pay in full for the meeting. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration confirmation number available and visit the visa link in your registration confirmation email. Please contact ssoregistration@spargoinc.com for any questions regarding visa letters.

Photography & Video, Privacy & Implied Release

By attending this meeting, you hereby acknowledge and agree that SSO or its agents may take photographs or videos of attendees during events and may freely use those photographs/videos in any media for SSO’s purposes, including but not limited to news and promotional purposes, without further compensation to the attendee. Children under 12

For safety reasons, children under age of 12 (including infants in carriers and strollers, or hand-carried infants and toddlers) are not permitted in the meeting space, educational sessions or SSO HUB.
