Dr. Mara Rosner is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins Center for Fetal Therapy.
I have focussed my career in advanced fetal ultrasound imaging, interventional fetal diagnostics and fetal therapy. My specific research intersests include neurosonography, fetal therapy and surviellance for complicated monochorionic twin gestations, and non-tubal ectopic pregnancy. My goals as a physician are to be an advocate for women's autonomy in seeking care for themselves and their fetus(es) that most accurately reflects their individual goals and values.
Dr. Rosner completed her undergraduate training at the University of California at Los Angeles. She received concurrent degrees in medicine and in public health at the Tulane University School of Medicine and the Tulane School Public Health, respectfully. She completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She then completed fellowships in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and in Fetal Therapy at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Rosner is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists..
