Lisa Thiele (she/her) is currently a fourth year medical student at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. She is originally from Rhode Island and completed her undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science at Wake Forest University. Lisa is currently a dual-degree student and will complete her Master of Public Health degree in addition to her medical degree in May of 2023. Lisa received the Southwestern Gynecologic Assembly Outstanding Medical Student Award for her graduating class this year. Her research interests include maternal health, health disparities, and increasing inclusion of pregnant people in research studies.
