The goal of this session is to provide an overview of existing state of quality measurement within obstetrics, to highlight the advantages and pitfalls of currently used quality measures, discuss the future of quality measurement, and share lessons learned from implementation in disparate health care settings, in order to foster advocacy, accountability, and improvement in perinatal outcomes.
