No one sees and cares for more heterogeneous and complex rare maternal and fetal disease in pregnancy than MFM physicians. These conditions can be life-threatening in pregnancy for pregnant persons, and when these conditions are encountered in prenatal ultrasound, can be significant diagnostic dilemmas. This course aims to provide structured content, literature reviews, diagnostic algorithms, and discussion around maternal and fetal diagnostic and care dilemmas for when the “unroutine” is encountered.
