This session will review the experience of Opening 25 OBLs in 15 Years emphasizing on the Obstacles and Challenges. I will speak of legal and regulatory implications along with financial and real estate issues. I will also describe real life experiences of the good, the bad and the ugly of reimbursement and competition.
