During this session, the speakers will review topics relevant to this evolving area of clinical care. A review of the current diagnostic criteria for PeVD that is being used in upcoming clinical trials will be reviewed to allow clinicians and other researchers to harmonize their diagnostic approach. The use of the SVP classification of PeVD will be demonstrated with example. Advice on managing iliac and renal vein obstruction with and without reflux in women with chronic pelvic pain will be discussed. An assessment of the current state of access to reimbursement issues for care for women with pelvic reflux will be shared with some advice on navigating the pre-approval process. Time will he held for a panel discussion and Q and A.
