The session will focus on the current status of dialysis access nationwide, & will provide a suitable algorithm to choose the right access, in the right patient at the right time. Topics include 1) US screening for percutaneous versus surgical AVF creation (3D volumetrics); 2) Factors influencing endoAVF creation & role of endoAVF for pre-surgical creation; 3 & 4) Things for success with WavelinQ & Ellipsys and head to head comparison; 5) Dialysis unit expectations & guide to successful cannulation; 6) Complications & management; 7) Establishing a endoAVF practice & reimbursements.
