Cirrhotic and Non-Cirrhotic Porto-Mesenteric Thrombosis continues to be a challenging situation for patients and physicians. There are limited standard treatment options and currently available medical treatments are often inadequate or ineffective while surgical treatments carry high morbidity. This session will focus on the implementation of a hospital wide portomesenteric thrombosis program in order to standardize the treatment of this patient population and to ensure that they are being offered top of the line endovascular care.
